Definitely agree with this. If you can afford an accountant to take care of everything for you, it will make everything less stressful and allow you to concentrate on building the business.

I don't use a virtual office, so not sure about that. But it cost me like $130 to set up the LLC and $25/year for the annual filing. The annual filing is just a few questions and can be completed in less than 10 minutes online. It's pretty simple.

Nope, sure wish they did. The only place I've found that can do that is Reddit Ads, where you can target members of specific groups.

I don't trust any of those review blog posts anymore. The majority of the "DMCA ignored" hosts they swear up and down are the best, are simply a joke. Nuking people's sites. Ignoring tickets. Subpar hardware (even when advertising otherwise). The list goes on. I even submitted pre-sales...

Yeah, a lot of my clients have been getting those, too. Mostly through contact forms. They are nothing more than phishing emails, malware. I just started replying with dick pics.

It's true WP themes and plugins all fall under GPL and you can legally use, resell or give them away. But I run a WP repository and I still deal with frivilous DMCA takedowns all the time. I counter every single one, but after a few, most hosts just drop the hammer, legal or not. It's annoying...

Can you share what happened? I am looking for a DMCA ignored host but trying to weed through all the fake BS reviews is exhausting.

Are you from the United States? First, there are very few payment processors that will accept businesses considered high-risk (adult sites, gambling, etc) besides CCbill and a few others that charge $1000 upfront. Secondly, let's say you pay the $1000 and get the processor, there are no banks...

Fair enough, do you know any banks that will let us open an account? All the ones I know do not do business with adult-oriented businesses. Therefore, even with CCBill, we have nowhere to deposit the funds.
