Twitter, Pinterest, and Reddit I would say are good sites for manually submitting links, but the key with those sites are that they are monitored by the community (pinterest to an extent). If it looks like spam on Twitter and especially Reddit, users will not share your content. IMO, the winners...

definitely another vote for Yoast. With WP plugins try and search through some of the categories and you will find something useful, from there just look at reviews. Still a big thanks to OP.
