Stripe is really easy to set up, and they're pretty good with deposits. Wordpress / static plugins are available for free as well.

Would recommend using a different service than Paypal. Everything (at least Stateside), is all linked to your SSN now. They can be pretty retarded about freezing funds too. Stripe is a decent alternative depending on your requirements for banking.

You can also just search for proxies with a combination of nmap and other profiling tools, as most these tools just do the same thing. However, everyone else knows about them as soon as they're distributed through all the major suppliers.
