Thanks mate - which tools are you using to see which sites are indexed? I'm using majestic and it only says I have 1 url index for www.SITE.com and 3 for SITE.com

I've just tried to use Archive.org and it doesn't seem to work - doesn't return no results - it returns an error. No matter which way I input my site (www. non-www. etc)..

Is there a way to alleviate this or is the site done?
