I didn't say we can, it is only a question. But, if a site only has a lifecycle of 1-2 months on top position then google catches up with the technique, i suppose someone can do 301 redirects on competition and after 1-2 months the competition to be gone. It is only a question.

I had two sites I was positive were slapped pop back up in the past 48 hours. On my other sites, no drops, but it's hard to say on increases b/c I'm building high PR links.

Well, I couldn't get it to work on any of my machines. Not sure why but it just does nothing when I'm trying to use add to queue module.
