The limitation sucks at first (for most I am sure)...however, you don't realize the ridiculous amount of spammers and bots that can leak in otherwise. It is ridiculous these days. Therefore, something like this, is almost a necessity in order to reduce the number of solicitation and scams...

Quality Content is the go-to regarding blogs if you are looking for a sustainable blog. SEO and all that works great for getting them in...but in order to keep them coming back, its another story. Good luck with the blog!

Similar to some of the guys here, I trained in MMA and needed a good amount of the elasticity and flexibility. Never got too far...but I did use Epistane for awhile intermittently which provided mild gains with minimum side effects. Definitely no Superdrol...but it did its job. Probably...
