And the solution to this ISN'T to buy Tony Robbins CDs. Try CBT or ACT therapy. Tell the CBT/ACT psychologist exactly what you want to accomplish, and watch your results. Those two therapies are VERY effective. If you wanna learn more wikipedia is a good place to start.
