I see this is regular SMM panel and looking at prices they offer now for X followers I doubt if this is advertised on big influential accounts to attract real followers. Looks like regular bots for arround 1$ - 1000 followers today such bots if added can make account suspended very fast

in short yes the problem is that there are many hosts that wont deliver at all or low quality accounts that will be removed same as bots just after, the key is to find the best once and there is no other way as trial and error method I tried personally more then 50 hosts to find the best once...
