15 days is too short. It might take months to see results. Do not over optimize. Do it slowly over the course of months.

Make sure you have the correct html headers in your pages for setting language and encoding. Google will correctly index your contect. As previously suggested make your main language under .pl/ and your polish version under .pl/pl/

It's always good to have new and fresh backlinks. You never know when this one link that will be considered important by google will come. As a general rule of thumb avoid commenting blog posts with lots of comments.
