yes, this is still working but you need to check the backlink profile of the domain. You may get a domain with high DA/PA that is actually spammed to death. It is pretty easy to boost PA/DA... just blast the hell out of it with spam and you are ready...

It is an old method and easy to get you banned by the CPA network if you don't hide your tracks well. Also, usually CL traffic doesn't convert that well for advertisers.
