Blogger is easier in my opinion. Articles get indexed quickly but receive little search traffic if competition is high.

If your page is new and has little authority, expect 1-3 months for initial traffic.

No single provider is best for every scenario, but GSA in combination with DBC in my opinion is the best route, both established options.

GSA is mostly for 2nd tier sites. With some captcha solver like Death By Captcha and good proxies should do.

Death by Captcha has been pretty reliable for me.

Yeah I wouldn't abuse it as pretty sure Google tracks these fake visits and retaliates on your site.

Bright data works good. You can also get a custom script made. Just get good rotating proxies and a captcha solving service like death by captcha, etc
