GSA, scrapebox, some proxies, Captcha service...if you are starting out I would create your own content...but I am a control freak that way. For some decent tutorials look up Matthew Woodward on youtube, he has a tutorial for GSA that is really good along with a bunch of others like advanced...- lexisteel
