yes you need to select which service u'll emulate, after in your software which u'll use add to hosts file you will need to add IP of server (where xevil is setup to listen)

Yes it's possible, just setup in XEvil instead of local hots ip, IP of your server which it will "listen" and port (you can use any u want) as example :8081 or 8080 or 1234, and send to that IP:port requests from external pc's
