I completed my refunds, ebay refunded after the "items" were returned to the sellers fake US addresses. Another $1800 richer.

That is the main reason I posted this information. Ebay tightens up on US sellers, and those in other countries continue to abuse posing as US sellers. I am sitting on about 4000 dollars of stamps from this method and another 1200 in the return process right now.
