Hey buddys, Cordoba here what i did was to link the the Paypal acc to a US Payment and then you can withrdraw the money of payoneer, obviusly in uruguay. another way Link Paypal with US bank acc and withdraw with the credit card they gave you cheers!

it happened to me too, i opened a tkt and they told me that the coupon was not valid belive me i tried like 15 and none of them work
