It's a five word keyword, so therefore the density would be 1% if you only used it once.

How do you go about writing a blog post targeting a product review? Let's say your keyword is: Sony Walkman MP3 Player Review It seems like it would be hard to get creative without over optimizing. In a 500 word article, you mention the keyword once and you are already at 1% density. Also...

PHPBUILT's Idiot-Proof Guide to Authority Site Building

In your case, you should completely remove the site title from posts and pages. You don't want to use 'Widgets' twice in a title. You need a page title for your static homepage. With the All in One SEO plugin, you can set the title of your homepage without affecting other pages/posts.

PHPBUILT's Idiot-Proof Guide to Authority Site Building

Thanks for your reply. A few more questions if you have time: Do you use stopwords in your title? For an authority site, you previously mentioned using a static homepage and do-following categories. Why would you do-follow the categories? Wouldn't no-following them have the same effect and...

PHPBUILT's Idiot-Proof Guide to Authority Site Building

That's probably the best SEO article I have ever read. Thank you for sharing. A few questions: You said you don't use PMDs. Do you try to avoid using any part of the keyword in the domain? Do meta descriptions and url count for keyword density? Do you write unique meta descriptions for...
