You are perfectly right. This is a big problem for a lot of people from IM. Everyone thinks that copy/paste (as guru teach them) is the best way to get results and they don't even think to add some value. Is hard to make them do otherwise.

This is wrong option if you don't know what you do. You can easy do more harm then good. If you do wrong targeting you will get really low retention.

If you are willing to pay, why not search other channels or some social networks accounts to do some real promotion? If you have the time to search you can find similar channels to yours that will agree to give you some exposure for a small amount of money. Good luck.

Like lehyy said your content looks like is mass produced using some software, this is the reason why YT decide to disable your monetization. Follow lehyy advice, upload content with voice over and before you reapply remove old content that was with problem.
