Spinning content is a big no-no. If you just spin words and keep the same structure of an article, without adding anything new, and even the length is roughly the same, you won't see any benefit in this.

That depends on the niche and the kind of content you're publishing on your site. Breaking into the top 5 is very difficult in most niches now.

Categorically, the low-power links will do very little for your SERP. It is much better to have one targeted powerful authority link related to your niche.

Spun content is a terrible idea. It is always obvious and will do nothing for your site.

Terrible for link building. It's days of glory have come and gone. Still a good scraping tool, however, for finding sites and doing backlink analysis. If you're still into finding expired domains for PBNs, this will work for you also

Find relevant high authority blogs in your niche and submit articles to them, placing your link contextually relevant inside. Gather as many niche-relevant authority links as you can. Build a social media presence and publish consistently good content.
