I just tried and got the same. But we was doing that wrong! I entered my login and wrong password. Got error. Then i clicked that i forgot password. There i wrote my login again(maybe its not necessary) then clicked "need more help" and got form for recovery account. Voila! Hope this will help.

And when it was? Because free trial they not giving a more than few months.
