It depends on the what domains are in that list of emails. I'd suggest sorting it by domain so you can get a feel for what you're working with. Are you going to setup your ip configuration properly with RDNS and FBLs? Regardless of what you're going to do with that mail config i'd go for...

Take a random sample of 5k then test that with a SMTP connection or a data validation company to see what the failure rate is. The % of failures in that small sample will closely resemble the failure % of the larger list. After that you'll know if that list is worth your time.
