If it ends up that way then w/e. Its a trap really. Some buyers are scammers, the only way to avoid the issue is to cancel the transaction. If i had done that earlier on I could be avoiding a lot of issues now.

I always cancel saying buyer requested it. Early on I got a couple defects for saying I was out of stock or other reason. If your reason is that buyer requested it, it works out. Haven't seen a buyer complain about using that reason and I don't see how ebay will know if its true or not.

Some dumb buyers don't know how to use DSRs though. they mark delayed shipments as 1 even though you sent it out in 3 business days.

neither buyer or seller are protected? you don't even need to use purchase protection though. Just chargeback or claim unauthorized. Thats what scammers did to me.

If people are paying you before they are paid its not really a crew. There's no nice relationship there, you're just a supplier, if in fact you do supply. Most times they claim you pay after getting tracking. But even that is still risky for the seller and the best way to avoid being scammed...
