10 days later and no news from them, contacted them that i wanted to change my url and keywords and they dont even bother replying to my emails ! Are you going to reply to my emails ? and let me know were we are at ? Customer care = zero

Its a nightmare every link is pretty much a 504 website is offline, this a major site and it needs a reliable host, the sooner they get onto their host and or change the better.

This guy emailed me a report on the 10th October and half the keywords were wrong so i emailed him to fix it. 13 days later he has not even bothered to reply to my email or pm. Also thought that these blog posts were homepage posts but they are not, pretty useless service which is all about...

Just did a search on .co.uk for "buy gucci polo" 4th spot is a China site selling fakes and 8th is Russian .ru site selling fakes aswell, they are no were near done with this update.
