Thanks for the reply! The problem is I ordered 20 proxies, received the invoice, and now I'm waiting to get my IPs. Will I still receive the setup confirmation email if hosting is down? Is there an alternate way I can login and check since the sites down? Would love to get up and running ASAP...

Hey I literally just ordered some proxies and now the site is showing your hosting account being suspended Should I chargeback my card or what? sh*t happens, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, but this isn't leaving the greatest first impression :P. Thanks in advance
