I think it doesn't post via instragram directly. They make facebook app access token name instragram and allow permission user to post anything what they want to post but you can remove it from your facebook account.

it happen same to me. I think facebook getting smarter they block blogspot that have banned url to redirct inside even thought you use javascript or meta tag code. i tested when i post blogspot without banned redirect domain it's fine.
