That's too low, so low it means you are doing something very very wrong. Check your site carefully looking for problems with your ad codes, scripts, page loading, etc.

They wont hurt their milk cow. AdSense ads wont be filtered.

How about foreign sites. Do you accept them?

Do the math. Example: Lets say 1000 visitors will cost 10 bucks. 5% will click on ads. Equal 50 clicks. .25 cents CPC. Equal 12.5 bucks. Profit. This is a best case cenario. Realistically, you won't buy visitors that cheap nor get a CPC that high. You will lose money.

It is good, but the site you create on Blogspot is not really really yours. Blogspot can ban you without any reasons and there is nothing you can do about it. Self hosted for the Win ✌️
