Mostly due to the HK financial system being extremely robust - HSBC is a good bank to set up with. The 0% tax rate and transparent accountancy laws makes it very appealing. Having a HK address, I believe, looks better than a Malta/Belize etc equivalent, although I'd still be happy incorporating...
