Got temporarily blocked from commenting again. I was using instafire with a 90 second delay! Guess I'll try a 95 second delay as soon as block is lifted. As for liking, I'm using instaget with a 70 second delay for a little over 2 days now with no problems... Knock on wood LOL

I'm using instaget free version for likes and instafire for comments.

finally able to comment again, going to try a 90 sec delay. i probably won't leave it on all night tho... was doing good with liking with a 75 sec delay but i'm going to be a little daring and try 70 sec delay now.

50 sec delay too slow for you? try 75 sec delay LOL! i got banned for 24 hours for doing a 60 second delay a few days ago and figured i'd rather be safe than aggravated. so far no problems. and as for commenting, i was also doing a 75 sec delay and just got banned from that after less than a day...
