My best and honest advice for you is to search for the things you need, read and learn about them, create a plan with your requirements and then never ask for a cheap service provider. Cheap = no quality. There is nobody that does work for free, and also helping people to make money ... so don't...

Sometimes GA show errors but at the end of the day you can see they were fixed, or at least next day. I'm using only FF and everything it is ok. So don't worry :P

you should search on google for some botnet ... not sure if they can provide you a huge amount of proxies but maybe you get lucky. Don't ask for recommendations coz I never used this kind of stuff.
