You would just be better off directing visitors to the vendor's website. One issue could be cookie tracking which you possibly could lose sales.

1) It's possible to convert without a middle page but you'll get the best conversions with a landing page. I would still suggest using a landing page.

People sell bing ads coupons for $5-10 that have $100 on them here. Just start with bing ads and then once you have a decent amount of money, go with google adwords.
I was doing bing ads for a week without seeing any results. I read up on some more posts and finally got my first sale. I was feeling unmotivated as well but seeing a sale is what keeps me going. Congrats man!
Been using bing ads and twitter. I stopped promoting three of the products and I'm still promoting the raposo1 (fitness product) campaign. I think the product is good and has a good landing page but maybe I have been having bad luck.
