They will just subtract the money out of your bank to fix the negative balance in most cases. And you cannot even detach your bank account once the paypal account is in the negative.

Get your friend to open a paypal account and link the paypal account to the bank account. Then all you got to do is send your friend the money and let him send it to his bank. Process would only take 3 business days.

What to promote solely depends on what your videos are about. For example if your video is about weight loss and is ranking nicely and receiving many views then consider putting a link in there with offers for weight loss supplements ect. It all depends on the what you are what your videos...

Issue with paypal for many is not the fees but the poor staff and horrible customer service. They just can take your money and there is nothing you can do about it but wait and see.

I would go with 2checkout maybe. With it you can set up your payment system that accepts many different forms of payments and 2checkout has a decent fraud prevention system in place.
