I have heard that, if I put google Adsense on blog where I am already having locked content with AWM, I will get ban from google Adsense. Does exist any other PPC network, which allow PPD and PPC on same website ??

Just keep up! To avoid yt video removing try to put video on unlisited for about 30 days. That should help. In that 30 days boost your video
