Can't you just make 5 accounts with about 10k points on each ? When I was adding points to my account, it was always the best option to use those points immediately. So farm points and have active site for which points are used. Because if they ban you when you reach 5k-10k, what's the point...

After contacting OP, I have to say this When you are looking for a person for your job, you have to know what you are looking for. There is a difference between designer and developer. There are, of course, designers able to do developing, but they may not be interested in some low-paid jobs...

Do not be naive. Those accounts with that much points will get banned in no time. :)
