I've never heard of anyone having problems with AdWork Media, I've been paid out huge amounts from them in the past - great network!

You should definitely split test between networks, that's your best bet!

Contact AdNooka support to find out exactly. They did send out an email regarding delayed payments, not sure if it effected checks.

If you're using AdWork then AdNooka I presume you're content locking? Although I think they just integrated incent.ly into their brand, they're not well known for content locking. Maybe check out AdScend, CPAGrip, Blvd-Media-Group etc. :)

I'm having quite a bit of success with PoF at the moment on dating offers, depends what you're promoting though.
