So if I retweet a tweet with "follow back", "teamfollowback" or something like that it will be consider spam, really? They need to put a page with their rules because not all is clear

Yesterday I registered in mylikes and I tweet around 12 times and now I can't tweet anymore. I search around the internet and in mylikes for information and there is nothing about it, I do not know what's going on. Could you guys please tell me what is the tweet limit per day or something like that?
