I think bacloud only recover your files if you go with them for hosting afterwards (directly) which isnt such a bad thing tbh. Why use RMX as a middleman when you can go straight to their datacentre for same price, I'm gonna get 5GB disk + Unlimited Bandwidth for like $3.37 (Business hosting)...

After speaking to Mantas from the datacentre, he said RMX has an outstanding invoice and hasnt paid them for a month and a half now, I'd provide screenshots of this but I can't post links. He's agreed to try and help me get my files back, and if he does it for me I'll tell you how I did it.
