Artisteer is decent for building templates from scratch imo...If your new to web designing then I'd recommend working with wordpress using some of the free designs out there until you understand the basics of what you want to do. good luck

I think it needs a bit of shading on the text portion which would give it a bit more 3d look as if it were wrapping around the blue button. Also, frop the white background. If you need to show it on a background, make it black....Cheers!

I've tried a lot of different sources, paying from $25 - $200. It's all been kind of hit & miss. Your best bet is working with offline businesses within say, a 2 hour radius of where you live. Easier to rank and can charge higher rates $250-$500 would not be unreasonable.

Are you attempting to copy published receipes from cookbooks or other published materials? or are these online recipes from individuals? Answers could depend on where the recipes came from and to what degree you are "copying"
