Hi I just wanted to know if the method posted still works if I link my ebay account with a fully verified Paypal from a different country than the U.S. and if so, how can I create and verify a PayPal acct that is not based in the U.S. I'll appreciate your help, I'm new to all of this stuff. Thanks!
