Why you are generating 20 - 25 back links a day. You don't need it. Just generate 4 - 5 back links and that will be sufficient. And it happens sometime. In next weak your rankings will appear in Google. No worry!

Nopes! 302 is temporary redirect not permanent. So you need not be worry about it. But make sure when you apply 301 redirect the site has to be good not spammy or penalized.:)

No, this is not the right method if you are giving back links of the same domain having multiple URLs with the same list. It will look like spamy. So i believe that you can use the same list for same domain but not for multiple URls. Instead use different list to rank better.
