Thank you guys, i tried to update some accounts and add URL from chrome browser and it did work (after confirming the account with Phone number) & the problem was when the FL update the Account and get a verification message it logout & re-Login again which caused the suspend i guess.

it's easy in FL too, use tools->Profile Updater; then put the username of the account u want to update and add your infos .. after the update is finished go back to ur Accounts Table & Edite the username of ur account that u updated (if u updated the username too)
