there's no real difference between the port numbers when you see big lists of proxies - 80, 8080, 3128 etc are just standard proxy ports that are common for http post functions.

handy little list - thanks! torrentfreak did a decent write up of a handful of vpn services recently - they are all charging for their services, but it really depends what your needs are. if you're gonna pay for a vpn, look for one that accepts something like paysafe though (no paper trails)...

as sppchristian said, a dedicated proxy or cheap vpn would be the way to go - amazon usually care more about the address and cc number though - you could always just contact your isp and ask for another ip - they'll do that, no sweat - and if they do ask, just say that someone online threatened...
