Yeah if it's a legit page I would just contact them and ask what's up. Maybe competitors have reported you as spam or fake or whatever. If your page is legit and with quality content it shouldn't be that hard to get your page back :)

I would try and get rid of them. Slowly but steady while focusing on getting real engagement :)

If the account is blocked for nudity but there's no nudity on them I would try and contact Instagram about it. If it's a botted account or anything I would just cut my losses and start over :)
