facebook ads aren't very targeted, hard to control that.. luckly its cheap.. best to bold and keep it simple, even an odd pic or cartoon will gte you more attention, my ctr is low too!

the right package will work well.. just make sure they are using the right practices, link ratios and diversity in the links... chap packages might just build blog comments and nothing else, not worth it looks for diversity!

I have to agree,, cloaking has been around for a long time now... its stopped working long ago, esp with re-directs, even in java... you might want to find another direction because google can detect that fast...

best thing to do is mask your ip or use a free ip sevice like hidemyass then you can control where u are from and post to another city.. but you will also have to have another email address too!
