You can just remove the song. If is copyrighted, even if youtube not identify, the owner of the content can see your video end flag it.

I do not recommend this kind of practice. Very risky. You coull loose your account.

I'm in similar situation. I got a footage from an Air Show that got instrumental version of copyrighted music. I earned something like 5 USD with this video since i posted. But i UNmonetize that video last week to avoid problems. Can my adsense account be penalized if i got an Content ID...
