If you search Jewelers in Google, you will often see results based on your position - a ranking tracker showing #1 for this term would not be as fruitful as you may think, work on traffic and engagement. By all means use keywords to look for opportunities but I see too often people getting...

No official update although I've heard several top level keyword trackers see some big changes. There was one in December but nothing too major.

Google Search Console, not 100% accurate and delayed but don't get too tied up rank-watching. If you really need to I'd say AuthorityLabs.

You don't want to be using social media for a source of backlinks, they are nofollowed and Facebook is a closed network. Google+ - even Google+ doesn't know what the hell it is. For SEO you need to be working on social signals, not backlinks.

No domain is a waste, if you have a domain with problematic backlinks then submit a disavow file.

Is it blocked by robots.txt? Is it noindex via the HTML tag? how recently did you publish it? Do you have a sitemap submitted to Search Console?
