.Net 4.5 was released on Aug 15 2012 but still no longer supports WinXP or Server 2003. Sorry Mate :)

I have the fear I can't help you on that one, Windows XP Professional is no longer supported by Microsoft. Maybe you should consider updating your Operating System, would be safer I think XP doesn't even get Security Updates nowadays. Sorry I can't help you with that one :(
