what if you add in keywords and in title the targeted county, city etc. (e.g. "webcams" -> "webcams in England") of course add US, UK, Germany...... and more tier1 countries :) even bigger cities.

In my opinion if you plan to open online biz, e.g. website, collect some funds to invest and among them keep cash to pay for hosting. Cheap hosts sometimes make problems and in my opinion it's much better to spend more cash for e.g. hostgaror than change host provider after 1-2 months and pay...

there is also another way, create some kind of an advertisement of the specified product and put links to your website containing reflinks to the seller. e.g. you offer amazing intment, then you link youtube ad with your website and your website has link to cpa provider. all the best.
