Hi, Thanks for the reply. I will take that as consideration but maybe there's a way to over take on GOV website. SEO is very broad that needs strategic planning. I just want to gather opinion so I can decide what strategy I can implement and get success on my campaign.

I totally agree with you however, since they're authority website it's easy for them to recover. Today, my only problem is how I can push them down the results so I can move on the top.
