Just goes to show that subdomain with zero links on high authority main domain can rank, despite what google says.

Very impressed for the price. RealDaddy has put a lot of effort in here, and will be using again. TAT was 8-9 days which is good, product is as-described. Just need to see if it ranks now.

That's interesting. But I can't see why that would be the case... as we know, if you own a huge authority website and add a new page to it, it gets indexed pretty quickly when compared to a smaller, local site with poor authority. Even if you were to create zero internal links to that page...

@Unreliable Witness It is Google Drive. For example I can create drive.google.com (DA very high) and 100s of pages here, with 301 redirects all pointing to my site - specifically, all to different pages on my site. But strangely it doesn't work. I understand your point about no links...

Not really an accurate analogy though. The sub.authority.com domain has huge authority, my site doesn't. So on paper at least, redirecting from the huge authority to the no authority site, should push some of the authority over.

Sounds obvious, but copy and paste the URL into Google. Not in quotes, and not site: , just the normal URL with https://. Often they'll show up there.

Hmm, Back to the drawing board I guess. Does anyone know why a redirect from a high-authority property might not work? It is not blocked with CORS, I checked it.

Hi all. I'm a bit confused here. For ages I wondered if it was possible to create a javascript redirect from a high authority site, such as let's say plus.google.com/page. After much testing I found a way to do it. So I then checked how it renders in Google's Mobile Testing Tool and it works...
