I haven't heard anything about that specific one, but I have heard about hidemyass and private internet access. I heard that hidemyass keeps logs that they will report to police while private internet access does not keep any logs. Check them out with a google search and see if they fit your needs.

i actually think google will easily catch on to that. they wouldn't want you being able to spend $25 and get $125 worth of credits while spamming there system with new accounts. I think it would be better to maybe load a prepaid card and try going to 7/11 and getting like 10 $25 dollar cards...
