As above The message you recieved from paypal usually means there is a problem with the buyer , not you . If your worried over shipping etc mail them a reciept and get them to sign for it. Ergo : tracking details

You cant change all details. Only address and phone . Do phone first then wait few weeks then do address . But note if your own address allready has allready had a banned account reg there you cant use that address - same for phone number .

Agree ^^^^^^ Anything branded from China is usually a fake and will soon see your new ebay account closed. If you plan on going ahead with this you need to get the account to atleast 90 days old with decent feedback before you start introducing suspect items . New accounts are heavily monitored...

Contact the buyer . Explain the situation and ask them to file a claim as the goods are still legally yours . Hopefully the buyer may be understanding .

Happens a lot. When theres a group of sellers who sell more or less identical products over a long period of time they learn the competition and watch there trading . Eventually dirty tactics always seem to appear . Not a lot you can do as difficult to prove to ebay and i doubt they would care...

Well get your sales above 10 . Then you can alter your listings to request buyer pays instantly on purchase . This avoids all this hassle and also means your never sat waiting for people to pay .
